Back in the 1970's Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (the "Notorious RBG") litigated and lost pregnancy discrimination cases in the Supreme Court; then skillfully advocated for Congress to pass what became the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Now, in a new case, Young v. UPS, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act is again before the Court.
