Reversing decisions by the Kentucky Court of Appeals the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled today that the Police Officers Bill of Rights, KRS 15.520, applies to all complaints, whether initiated internally or by way of citizen complaint in Pearce v. University of Louisville, No. 2011-SC-756.
