As the felony criminal trial of Donald Trump approaches he found it necessary to try and intimidate the judge by attacking on social media the judge's daugther including posting photos. There's no defending that kind of conduct, and the arguments offered by Trump's lawyers were properly labeled as "farcical." Trump's point is to intimidate witnesses, to scare them, to cause them to change or withhold their testimony in a way that favors him. He is "a threat to the integrity of the judicial proceedings."
