Mark Joseph Stern on Slate, The Ferguson Effect, offers an interesting discussion of whether the Supreme Court's frankly unexpected 6-3 decision Tuesday in Rodriguez v. United States indicates that there is a "Ferguson Effect" on the Court. May be and a good point.
