One man was killed and the driver and passenger of another vehicle were injured by a collision accident Saturday night on Man o' War Boulevard in Lexington. Thomas E. Murphy and a passenger were injured when a car driven by Gustavo Guzman-Pineda crossed the median and collided with his vehicle. Guzman-Pineda was dead at the scene.
